Spiritual Gifts

First Corinthians 12:7 says, “Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.” The implications of this verse are shocking! Paul is saying that every Christ has a spiritual gift, given by the Holy Spirit, to bless the church. God wants us to be contributors to His Kingdom, not merely consumers who attend church services.

God has gifted you to advance His Kingdom! My gifts are not for me and your gifts are not for you. Our gifts exist to bless others. So how has God gifted you? Are you using it to advance His Kingdom?
