WORKING THROUGH ANXIETY

Lately I’ve noticed a growing alarm about anxiety in our culture. It seems to be wreaking havoc in our lives. I’ve seen this trend in my counseling practice, in questions I get when I’m speaking at churches and organizations, and in what I hear in my day-to-day interactions with friends and neighbors. Anxiety feels like a virus spreading quickly through our midst. We’re now anxious about getting anxious.
