Every night up to 100 homeless or marginally homeless people gather in downtown Charleston for a hot dinner. This is the only meal for some they will eat for the day. LifePark serves every third Thursday of the month.
Monday night LifePark opens its doors to basketball enthusiasts for full-court action from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. We begin with prayer and a short devotional. Join the fun and get some great exercise in the process … and you will meet and make some new friends!
Shares the love of Christ through providing basic furniture and household items to people that find themselves in crisis. Items are donated by church members and others in the community, and then provided to those in need.
A therapeutic home for young boys who need special attention, love, and therapy due to abuse or other family issues. We partner with Windwood to put on holiday events, teach Sunday school, and serve as reading buddies.
Family Ministries owns and operates a home that is made available to families in need of housing while a loved one is hospitalized or receiving long term care. We provide support through visiting families in the hospital, prayer, advocating for loved ones, and helping families with transportation, housing or meals.
Supporting those in need with basic car maintenance like oil changes, fluids, inspections, and other light work. Designed for anyone who is struggling to make financial ends meet. Men, women, and children serve in a variety of capacities for a few hours every third Saturday of the month.
Prepares and delivers daily nutrition to residents who are homebound or unable to provide their own meals. Through delivering meals we have a great opportunity to show the love of Jesus Christ through lasting relationships with those in need.
LifePark is committed to bringing the Gospel to the children in our community through Good News Cubs at our public elementary schools. Groups can volunteer to help with a club, donate snacks for the kids, or help launch a new club!
